Job Description
As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, this role manages full-cycle recruitment across 2–3 crafts and partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team. The role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, leading sourcing and assessment strategies, and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience. This person will help Klick hire high-quality talent across agency, marketing, strategy, client services, project management, growth, analytics, and technology roles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for 15–20 active roles across 2–3 crafts, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder updates, and offer partnership.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies using talent market insights, relationship networks, social platforms, and external candidate pipelines.
- Assess candidates against role requirements, interview feedback, and business needs to support consistent, skills-based hiring decisions.
- Coach newer TA and Talent Experience partners by sharing recruiting practices, pipeline insights, and process recommendations.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5–7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience managing multiple roles at once, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer support.
- Recruiting experience in an agency, marketing, advertising, or similar client-services environment with examples of hiring across multiple business functions.
- Experience managing 15–20 active roles at one time while maintaining candidate communication, pipeline accuracy, and hiring manager alignment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles across at least two of the following areas: Client Services, Strategy, Project Management and Growth
- Experience presenting market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruiting updates to senior stakeholders or hiring leaders.
- Experience handling confidential candidate, compensation, or business information with appropriate discretion and judgment.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience recruiting in healthcare marketing, life sciences, pharmaceutical advertising, or regulated client-service environments.
- Experience using SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, or talent intelligence platforms to build and manage candidate pipelines.
- Experience mentoring recruiters, coordinators, or talent partners through sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, or process improvements.
- Experience participating in networking events, talent communities, or external relationship-building to support future hiring needs.
Additional Information
This is a 6 month contract position
The base salary range for this position is between USD $125,000 - $145,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
