We are looking for a motivated Manager of Analytics & Operations who is passionate about driving business growth through the application of data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker, able to quickly understand the needs of the business and develop data-driven solutions to solve complex problems and drive measurable results. You will help shape the future of talent acquisition operations at WPP by defining best practices and driving innovative solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Gathers, aggregates, and prepares organizational data from various sources and acts as liaison with other data owners across the organization
  • Designs and builds accurate, robust, intuitive, and easy-to-use reporting solutions (i.e. dashboards, scorecards, tables) 
  • Supports requests and projects with data analysis where appropriate
  • Creates audience-appropriate materials to communicate metrics, findings, and other insights with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with building out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting and partner performance
  • Collaborate on best practices to solution recruitment challenges
  • Serve as an execution partner, informing process design, supporting implementations, and driving ongoing compliance to standards
  • Develop and manage relationships with partners and vendors

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations
  • 5 + years experience in a data-driven role, such as analytics or business intelligence
  • Comfort with data manipulation and analysis software, such as Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A data-driven mindset with knowledge of database systems and logic
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-driven and committed to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
