We are looking for a Senior Sales Incubation Specialist, Europe to join the Commercial team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Delivery Hero Europe supports foodora and Yemekseptei which consists of 7 different countries and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions. The countries you will be supporting are: Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey

Short description about the team & position 

You will be supporting the commercial vendor acquisition team and be responsible for program, manage and lead different regional work streams to optimise the new vendor experience – working with different regional functions, product managers, salesforce specialists and local sales teams on execution of planned strategies.

Your mission:

• Drive new vendor performance and ensure newly onboarded vendors are generating orders 

• Build successful vendor incubation teams across all markets

• Develop strategies, playbooks and dashboards from scratch to strengthen the vendor incubation function 

• Setting success measures and KPIs for the function and ensuring high degree of compliance

• Defining policies to drive company objectives while keeping employee satisfaction and motivation levels

• Building process maps, timelines, cadences and calendars for performance management

• Ensuring high levels of operational compliance from vendors 

• Driving self-reliance and reducing dependency on account managers

Your heroic skills:

• 5+ years of account management performance experience 

• Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic  conclusions

• Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional  projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domains.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to  present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders

• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across  multiple groups with competing priorities
