KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will play a key role in: 

• Drive process improvement, mining, and automation initiatives for Financial clients, as well as clients from other sectors. 
• Identify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgemini’s value offer  
• Build collaborative relationships with Client stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
• Define and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) to align with strategic objectives.
• Design and transition clients to new operating models
• Advise clients on process transformation, automation governance, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core
• Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology
• Analyze and optimize business processes 
• Guide clients through the adoption of automation, process mining, and AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Process Mining and Agentic & Intelligent Automation.
• Lead and manage cross functional teams located locally and virtually

YOUR PROFILE 

We would love to see a candidate with: 

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or business transformation consulting. 

• Extensive experience driving client acquistion and business technology transformation across Financial Services and other sectors

• Hands-on experience with process mining and automation technologies. 

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs).
