Compensation Range:

Anticipated compensation range of $55.06 - $68.76 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

750200 Microbiology

Expectations:

Performs a variety of standardized tests and procedures in conjunction with associated clerical and quality assurance functions. Works with lab management to perform various administrative tasks that ensure section/shift operates in an efficient, effective manner. Meets CLIA criteria for General Supervisor, Technical Supervisor and Testing Personnel. This position may require flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Must have experience as required by the specific position, including personnel requirements as defined by CLIA.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Microbiologist Scientist (CMS) or Clinical Chemistry Scientist (CCS) or Clinical Hematology Scientist (CHS) issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH)

SKILLS:
Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities and calmly and equitably moderate disagreements.
