We are actively recruiting for multiple Medicare Sales Supervisor roles. Our Medicare Sales Supervisors are responsible for leading, developing and driving sale performance of our telesales licensed insurance Advisors. This includes exceeding inbound sales goals and KPIs, while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading, developing, and managing a sales team, while executing a team’s plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
This is a Remote First position which can be performed from most locations in the US. Working out of one of our offices in Gold River, Salt Lake City, or Austin is optional, and may be occasionally required.
What you’ll do:
Supervise, motivate, and track sales team’s performance, productivity, and schedule adherence to drive quality results.
Serve as first point of escalation for team on sales process and technical issues in a remote environment; coaches team on how to efficiently resolve any issues.
Drive sales and revenue by monitoring key performance indicators and other key sales metrics.
Create and foster a positive work environment that leads and supports a sales team while identifying any opportunities that may inhibit an individual’s or team’s performance.
Directs the team and ensures compliance and quality customer experience interactions.
Identifies strengths and opportunities of team members and provides individualized coaching, training, and career development.
Build and preserve healthy cross-collaboration with supporting departments.
Maintain communication and connection with sales team through emails, Microsoft Teams chat messages, Microsoft Teams video calls, and individual phone calls.
Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions.
What you’ll bring:
Minimum of one to three years of experience in progressively responsible sales or customer service positions, preferably within a call center, sales or insurance industry.
Minimum of one to three years of supervisory experience within a managed care of organization, call center, health insurance carrier, third party administrator, or related industry.
Effective communication skills enabling you to clearly articulate expectations, goals and critical information across all levels verbally and through written communication.
A track record of success and a passion for developing others to meet and exceed daily sales metrics.
Previous experience with Medicare sales and knowledge of CMS, preferred.
An active resident state health insurance license or the ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including nights, weekend, holidays and overtime as required.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes a monthly commission-based incentive plan, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.-
Base Pay Range -$53,000 - $76,200-
