ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking an Operations Manager to support reverse logistics across Peloton’s full suite of products, including bikes, treads, row, tablets, accessories and apparel. The ideal candidate has excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to manage effectively across teams and business functions, both internal and external.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Effectively manage reverse workstreams to identify opportunities and optimize cost, customer service and quality across all products. Projects include but not limited to:
    • Lead cross-functional meetings to develop process improvements and system enhancements to facilitate the return and refurb process.
    • Standardize our reverse logistics flow (systemic and operationally) across all Last Mile parties: Middle Mile and 3PL.
  • Effectively manage all waste processes and procedures within our supply chain network. This will entail developing and implementing SOPs for all SKUs within our SC network as well as managing multiple vendor relationships. 
  • Define and implement improvements to enhance member experience related to returns and improve defined OKR/KPI measures.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholder teams including Middle Mile/Last Mile Logistics, Sustainability, Trade Compliance, Inventory, Quality, IT, and Demand Planning to establish and communicate clear SOP’s and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Develop process improvements and SOPs for operations within Reverse Logistics pertaining to packaging, labeling, transportation, and data accuracy. 
  • Develop and execute cost savings processes across the reverse logistics network. 
  • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for executive stakeholders on all Reverse Logistics KPIs. 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or 5+ years of professional supply chain & logistics experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a reverse logistics role. Apparel and accessories return experience is a plus. 
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lead with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A bias towards action, and exceptional follow-through
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Exceptional ability to organize time and resources effectively to determine priorities
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment
  • Occasional travel is required up to 25% of the time. 
  • Occasional weekend and holiday availability may be needed
  • Office based role with hybrid schedule allowing for some flexibility. Subject to change based on business needs.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
