Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Roebling Row Apartments in Covington, KY.

Community Size: 86 units

Who You Are:

• Experienced: You bring at least two years of multi-family residential maintenance experience.
• Skilled: Your expertise spans in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, groundskeeping, custodial tasks, pool care, and lighting.
• Well-Rounded: This is a one-tech site, so you need to be well-versed in all maintenance fields.
• Organized: You’re capable of managing turnover schedules and staying on top of all the tasks that come with making this the Greatest Place to Live.
• Team Player: You can coordinate and work seamlessly with others while handling the site’s maintenance needs.
• Customer-Focused: You excel at interacting with residents and addressing their needs with a positive attitude.
• Self-Motivated: You thrive working independently and efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: High-quality work and thoroughness are your top priorities.
• Prepared: You have your own basic hand tools.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using computers and/or smartphones.
• Reliable: You hold a valid driver’s license, have a reliable truck or van, and carry auto insurance.
• Compliant: You’re willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.

Bonus Skills:

• Water heater repair experience
• HVAC knowledge
• Yardi experience (preferred)

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Maintenance Tasks: Utilize your skills across HVAC, pool maintenance, electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, apartment turnovers, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, lighting, landscaping, custodial duties, drywall repair, and painting.
• Work Orders: Complete resident work orders while keeping the community in top shape.
• Emergency Response: Tackle emergencies swiftly, whether on call or as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation.
