This is a unique body of work with multiple use cases. Additionally, we are producing a 7-day forecast of wildfires worldwide and measuring emissions from wildfires. We are also building many more data sets, such as flood forecasting, inundations, measuring water quality, power plant emissions, landfill emissions, and more.</p><p>We are a team of 25 (data scientists, Engineers, Sales &amp; Marketing) based in Gurugram, The Hague, and Mumbai.</p><p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p><ul> <li>Work closely with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to understand the technical, functional, and cultural aspects of job requisition.</li> <li>Research world-class talent in the engineering &amp; corporate space.</li> <li>Create a robust candidate pipeline by utilising LinkedIn, GitHub &amp; another career website</li> <li>Continuously expanding your network by building strong relationships with the Talent.</li> <li>Goal-driven and self-sufficient with the ability to proactively take the initiative and work with minimal direction.</li> <li>Can work across different time zones whenever needed</li> <li>Maintain Talent database &amp; online reports</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>2 - 3 years of experience in hiring preferably in a climate tech startup/DaaS/SaaS space.</li> <li>Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage Product (B2B) company.</li> <li>Proficient in sourcing, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, stakeholder management, database management, reporting, etc.</li> <li>Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods</li> <li>Proactive and strong problem-solving skills are required to resolve various bottlenecks.</li> <li>High-end ownership and self-driven to deliver the best.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively independently.</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.</li> <li>A focused individual who delivers TA goals with priority and multitasking.</li> <li>Familiar with various TA metrics and reporting.</li> <li>Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.</li> <li>Collaborate and interact with key internal stakeholde
