The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest level of full lifecycle recruitment services to internal stakeholders and candidates, through the Company's sourcing and selection processes and procedures. A high level of creativity, short- and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organization is required. <p><br/><strong>As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your tasks will include the following:</strong></p><ul> <li>Prepare &amp; post vacancies on job boards and social media</li> <li>Source, pre-screen and interview candidates</li> <li>Utilise the full range of talent sourcing tools – including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations</li> <li>Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines</li> <li>Manage the approval process and offer negotiations</li> <li>Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process</li> <li>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process</li> <li>Participate in initiatives that aim to enhance the employer branding of the company</li> </ul><p><br/><strong>What we look for:</strong></p><ul> <li>A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field (a Master's degree in HR will be considered as an asset)</li> <li>At least 5 years of proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment</li> <li>A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations</li> <li>Familiarity with recruitment software (ie. candidate databases &amp; applicant tracking systems)</li> <li>Proven knowledge of head hunting techniques and use of Linkedin</li> <li>Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, <a href="https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.languagecert.org%2Fen%2Flanguage-exams%2Fenglish%2Flanguagecert-test-of-english-lte%2Fa1--c2-listening-and-reading&amp;data=04%7C01%7C%7C147f07d8abd944bff5d108d8e3b8d86b%7Cc0361f96ae674f2fa5ac24b09156923b%7C0%7C0%7C637509730326996214%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=XRbU3gvwZWvFmP8jWlfFjzT%2FUczYOc%2FENXfaxT65t%2FU%3D&amp;reserved=0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">LanguageCert C2 LTE</a> or <a href="https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.languagecert.org%2Fen%2Flanguage-exams%2Fenglish%2Flanguagecert-international-esol%2Fc2-mastery-2285&amp;data=04%7C01%7C%7C147f07d8abd944bff5d108d8e3b8d86b%7Cc0361f96ae674f2fa5ac24b09156923b%7C0%7C0%7C637509730327006163%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=TMC1LbKZOMdFb9%2FFbvQEuQSbhsjNHEOIvp86WYSntDk%3D&amp;reserved=0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">C2 IESOL</a>certificate would be a plus)</li> <li>Advanced IT Literacy is required.
