PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $199,300.00-$243,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, NC, VA, CA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
As the Director of Enterprise Program & Project Management (EPMO), you'll shape BECU's success by leading a high-performing team of program and project managers. Your mission is to align people, processes, and tools to deliver strategic initiatives with excellence — on time and on budget. You'll bring executive presence, courage of leadership, and a sharp business lens to drive high-stakes programs across the enterprise. Whether it's navigating regulatory work, advancing Agile delivery, or holding stakeholders accountable, you'll be a key player in enabling transformation and building operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Program and Project Managers delivering high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Oversee Complex Programs: Direct the delivery of projects that span multiple business lines, ensuring outcomes are timely, scoped, and financially sound.
Budget & Financial Stewardship: Manage project and program budgets, ensuring financial reconciliation and accuracy.
Scope and Plan Delivery: Partner with Technology and business leaders to define requirements, build project plans, and align resources.
Advance Frameworks & Practices: Drive maturity of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models in collaboration with the Enterprise Agility team.
