The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for proactively sourcing and selecting high-quality partners for technical and professional positions, which support the organization’s strategic direction. This position will be responsible for executing other key processes within Human Resource Systems and Strategy as well as understanding the flow of talent within the organization and providing succession advice to leaders.
This position is located at our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI.

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the strategy and implementation of the full cycle recruitment process for technical and professional positions inside SFI’s Global ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Proactively source and screen high-potential candidates to diversify candidate pools with urgency.
- Develop partnerships with universities and organizations to build our pipeline of diverse talent.
- Recommends qualified candidates to achieve company staffing requirements and company goals.
- Partners with hiring leaders in determining position requirements, business objectives, market challenges and selection strategies required to fill open positions. (i.e., diverse candidate slates, college recruiting, intern strategies, co-op positions, etc.).
- Manages the candidate throughout the screening/interviewing/hiring process, effectively communicating Schreiber Foods culture, while maintaining a high level of communication with all hiring leaders.
- Maintains a sense of ownership related to all open positions and understands the sense of urgency in filling open positions with the most highly qualified candidates in the shortest period of time.
- Process owner of one or more recruitment processes and maintain efficiency, documentation and communication of the Domestic and International programs.
- Works closely with business units to review, measure and develop plans around the company’s strategic diversity and inclusion goals and metrics.
- Possess broad knowledge base of the organization to accurately portray to candidates the culture, growth opportunities and employment advantages which position Schreiber as THE employer of choice.
- Assist with Global Recruitment efforts as needed, including, but not limited to: global job candidate search, social media recruiting and advertisements, external career job placement boards, video interviewing, etc.
- Consults with home office HR business support to develop a workforce plan. Develop and execute customized recruiting strategy and plan for the business unit. This includes predictive modeling in order to fill a pipeline for critical roles.
- Develop, analyze and communicate staffing metrics through Workday dashboards to help identify talent needs and recruiting strategy.

What you need to succeed:
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, manufacturing recruiting experience is highly desired.
- Track record of hiring high-quality individuals utilizing behavior-based interviewing system and creative sourcing alternatives.
- High energy, tenacity, and strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to sell the organization’s strengths.
- Must have the ability to influence and consult leaders to ensure the organization’s needs are met and a quality hiring decision is made.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
