Manager, Global Talent Development

Job Summary:

This job is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring talent development programs and initiatives at MillerKnoll. This job includes developing and managing development programs and experiences for targeted associate populations (e.g., executive, emerging leaders, new people leaders, early career, underrepresented talent, etc.) This role will partner with the Talent COE, DEI, HRBPs and Business Leaders to identify needs, design and implement development solutions that grow our business.  This job require experience analyzing, developing, implementing and evaluating talent development solutions globally that add value to the business, are pragmatic and innovative for every stage of an associate’s career.  

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver development solutions and experiences that grow talent and build capabilities
  • Manage multiple development programs ensuring a positive and effective learner experience
  • Develop tools and solutions to build MillerKnoll’s talent pipeline
  • Partner with the business and HR leaders to understand the skills required to grow the business both short-term and long-term
  • Provide coaching to associates and leaders on their career and development
  • Define success metrics for development solutions to ensure value-add to the business
  • Identify and assess external programs through vendor partnerships

Experience:

  • Intermediate experience designing and implementing learning and leadership development programs and tools
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Familiar with digital learning, micro-learning and blended learning strategies
  • Knowledge of learning evaluation and analytics
  • Ability to consult and build relationships with key stakeholders

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience in instructional design, leadership development, organization development or other related degree
