About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)
Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
● Create and manage daily social media content across platforms
● Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
● Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies for Facebook and Instagram
● Create and manage monthly/bi-monthly email marketing campaigns
● Design and coordinate EDDM marketing campaigns
● Develop and implement seasonal promotional campaigns
● Create and manage promo codes
● Track and report on marketing campaign performance
● Coordinate with business owners on marketing strategy
● Direct reporting to business owners
● Management of all digital marketing channels
● Coverage of three market areas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio)
● Ongoing role with long-term commitment
● Both daily operations and strategic campaign management

Requirements

● Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly Google Ads and Meta platforms
● Strong social media management capabilities
● Email marketing campaign experience
● Direct mail marketing knowledge
● Excellent communication skills
● Independent work ethic with strong communication abilities
● Marketing analytics and reporting experience
● Graphic design skills for marketing materials
● Available to work in Central Time Zone
