This role is 20 hours per week with an hourly rate range of $30.00-$33.95.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations and payer requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices, including Evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care).
- Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care models.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Training in supervision models, such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency‑based supervision.
- Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and outcome‑based service delivery.

Hold a Pennsylvania professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)) and have at least 5 years post master's experience in a human service or other related field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Clinical field).
