Schell Brothers is looking for an Architectural CAD Designer to join our team as we continue to grow in the residential construction industry.  This is a Full Time Position that would have the following responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Collaborate on design options
• Coordinate with Architects, Civil/Structural Engineers, and MEP Consultants
• Prepare architectural designs and construction drawings
• Oversee documentation for approvals and permitting

Requirements

• Residential and/or commercial design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Understanding of building codes and construction methods
• Experience developing construction drawings for permit and construction 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven
• Positive, caring attitude with a professional demeanor
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and able to thrive in a high-paced environment

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (not required)
