Minimum Educational Req: Has completed their 3rd year of architecture school or higher by Spring 2025

Years of Experience: No prior professional experience required

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful intern to assist in the enhancement of our existing study materials and the development of new educational content. This position is perfect for someone eager to gain a deep understanding of architectural licensure and post-licensure education while actively participating in content creation.

Responsibilities

Course Corrections:

• Implement hyperlink updates

• Enhance flashcard utility

• Maintain key term indexes

• Manage the error log

Content Creation:

• Contribute to the development of study material

• Moderate webinars

• Craft questions and drawings

• Support continuing education content development

Customer Support:

• Engage with and respond to customer discussion questions

• Provide insightful and accurate information

Ideal Candidate

• Has completed their 3rd year of architecture school or higher by Spring 2025

• Exhibits a natural sense of curiosity, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to independently tackle challenging questions

• Possesses excellent presentation skills coupled with a keen graphic sensibility

• Demonstrates proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drawing

• Shows strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

• Is proactive in seeking assistance when needed

• Is driven to pursue licensure in architecture

What to Expect:

Week 1: Onboarding, setup, goal-setting with your manager, and team introductions

Weeks 2-3: Daily check-ins to ensure you're adjusting well and have the support you need

Throughout Program: Weekly 1:1s with your manager for coaching, feedback, and milestone tracking

Final Weeks: Performance review, support building your Internship Report, and leadership presentation

*This internship follows a set schedule and is a 40-hour-per-week role.
