EFS<p></p><p></p><p>Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for highly skilled <b>Senior </b><b>Scrum Master </b>to join our growing Data Analytics Engineering &amp; Integration team in Gdansk, Poland. However, candidates can work from our office or in hybrid mode from home if preferred.</p><p><br/> </p><p>This team is tasked with transforming the way BDS data is sourced, managed, and utilized to unlock insights to drive business growth and optimization. The team supports data needs for internal stakeholders, across BDS business programs and functions, and is tasked with utilizing data to inform and improve the full lifecycle of BDS products. We are seeking scrum master’s to facilitate and support Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) based development of self-service analytics tools that put the power of insights directly into the hands of users, enabling them to make informed decisions faster than ever before.
