<h3>The Position</h3><p>Roche is a company with a 125-year history and our ongoing success is based on our strong focus on delivering meaningful value for our customers and society, and we will need to evolve our offering and approach in order to do so.</p><p>Health care is changing exponentially due to radical innovation in technology, increased openness to change, increasing patient empowerment, multiple sources of medical information, and pressure on public spending.</p><p></p><p>A Senior Supply Chain Partner builds mutually beneficial relationships with Internal and External Partners and customers to enable Roche to deliver life changing healthcare.</p><p>Possessing a deep understanding of the Healthcare Ecosystem and Roche’s End to End Value Streams to Patients, the Senior Supply Chain Partner collaborates and innovates to identify, plan, implement and deliver sustainable supply chain solutions for optimal patient care.</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Acknowledge the healthcare landscape changes to identify value adding opportunities for Roche and the patients.</p></li><li><p>Develop understanding of product, market, local infrastructure, regulation and laws. </p></li><li><p>Ensure products availability in Romania and ownership of the 0-12M Finished Goods volume forecast leveraging predictive analytics and insights.</p></li><li><p>Prepares and maintains an updated demand forecast.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of future demand by identifying significant demand events in the next 12 months and developing knowledge on market dynamics of key products.</p></li><li><p>Monitor Sales forecast performance.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Global HQ in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge and insights.</p></li><li><p>Sparring partner to Business (Product Managers, Customer facing roles) and the CFO.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Who you are</p><ul><li><p>You are someone who has demonstrated experience in Supply Chain in a multinational company with tangible results.
