Data Systems Analyst

In this role, you’ll work closely with IT leadership to administer SQL Server environments, develop applications, streamline ETL processes, and deliver meaningful reporting solutions. What You’ll Do

Administer, maintain, and optimize SQL Server environments
Design and develop ASP/ASP.NET and .NET-based applications
Build and support ETL workflows and data integrations
Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, and similar tools
Configure and support SharePoint Online sites and solutions
Create automation and scripting solutions to improve data and reporting efficiency
Document systems and processes to support knowledge sharing
Collaborate with IT team members and participate in occasional off-hours/on-call support

What You Bring

4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server DBA and/or application development
Strong experience with SQL Server performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security
Proficiency in T-SQL, C#, and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core)
Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and ETL tools such as SSIS
Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Highly organized, professional, and customer-focused approach
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
