What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with mobile engineers to design, build, and test new features for Allegion’s apps and SDKs used by millions of customers.

  • Support experimentation with emerging technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform and new DevOps tooling.

  • Gain hands-on experience with mobile app distribution and testing platforms (Firebase App Distribution, TestFlight).

  • Work with mentors to understand software requirements, implement solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Learn how to translate user needs into technical requirements, while building strong collaboration skills across teams.

  • Share progress and outcomes with the broader team, developing communication and presentation skills.

  • Adaptability: Resilient, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift.

  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to contribute both independently and within a team setting.

  • Problem-Solving: Curious mindset with effective time management, creative thinking, and a willingness to tackle challenges.
