Job Description
Administrative Assistant to the Mortgage Branch Manager
Starting pay ranges between $15-$22/hr DOE
An exciting opportunity to be a part of our busy, growing branch! Our high producing Branch Manager is looking for a professional and organized individual to provide high level administrative support. This position will play a key role in managing communication and ensuring the Branch Manager is aware of need-to-know items.
What you would be doing:
- Manage Branch Manager's Calendar including scheduling and ensuring Branch Manager is sufficiently prepared and on time for appointments.
- Welcome guests as the first point of contact for the office.
- Collecting data, generating reports, special projects and duties as needed.
- Coordinate services for events, such as facilities, catering, signage, displays, and printing. Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, hotel accommodations, and other event needs.
- Schedule and communicate meetings with Team Members and external individuals.
- Support Branch Manager with marketing and gifting programs, social media posts, flyers, etc.
- Planning, scheduling, managing, and executing all social media initiatives for the Branch Manager.
- May, at times, assist the branch with unlicensed duties related to mortgage processes.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in customer service or in a professional office environment
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week in our professional office
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- World class customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Stable work history a must
- MS Office skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
