Senior Desk Estimator

Paul Davis of South Atlanta is looking for an experienced Senior Desk Estimator to join our industry-leading team. If you're a pro with Xactimate, know your way around property damage estimates, and want to be part of a company that helps people recover from disaster, we want to hear from you!

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Writing accurate and timely Xactimate estimates for mitigation and reconstruction jobs
  
  
• Reviewing field reports, photos, and documentation to scope jobs correctly
  
  
• Working closely with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to ensure alignment
  
  
• Managing estimate revisions, supplements, and program compliance
  
  
• Submitting estimates via XactAnalysis and maintaining documentation standards
  
  
• Assisting with training and mentoring junior estimators as needed
  
  

🧰 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in the restoration or insurance industry
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate (X1 preferred)
  
  
• Experience with property mitigation, reconstruction, or insurance claims
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
  
  
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) are a plus

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
