Global Solution Manager - Financial Cluster

Are you a strategic leader driven by delivering long-term business outcomes? We are looking for a Global Solution Manager to lead and develop the Financial Cluster as a part of the Applications and Process Excellence team within Global Applications. You will play a key role in enabling and maintaining the Global Solution for Munters.

About the role

As Global Solution Manager you will be responsible for the Global Solution architecture within the Finance Cluster. Your objective will be maintaining and enabling continuous improvement of the application and system landscape striving towards the long-term vision of sustainable, cost-efficient, and robust business process support.

In your role you will lead a team consisting of roles as Global Process Architects & Application Specialists. Applications and Process Excellence make up the base of an effective global governance model supported by an established multi-supplier network and internal IT team – in close collaboration with the business representatives of the Process Excellence Network.

Key Responsibilities       

• Leading and representing your designated Global Solution Cluster
• Ensuring overall compatibility together with the other Global Solution Managers.
• Ensuring resource allocation on aggregated level for new and on-going projects and initiatives.
• Identify areas to improve and to establish processes for maintaining a business-supporting and cost-efficient Global Solution.
• Business plan for the Solution Cluster including roadmap for capacity and capability development.
• Responsible for enabling and maintaining continuous improvement of the Global Solution.
• Be a member of the Global Solution Management team and collaborate with management initiatives within Group IT and Process Excellence Network.
• Responsible for Global Solution Cluster budget including personnel, consultants, cluster-specific applications, and development.
• Speaking partner of Solution Cluster in the Process Excellence Network in close collaboration with Business Excellence.

About you

• Experience from IT application solution design projects, focus on enterprise applications such as Agentic AI, BI, ERP and CRM among others.
• 5 years’ experience from work with digitalization of business processes, application specialism or digitalization initiatives.
• Experience from continuous improvement of business processes using core IT applications and process documentation tools.
• Understanding of rationale behind customization of core applications in relation to the long-term application roadmaps provided by various vendors.
• Ability to adapt solution design by navigating company strategy.
• Experience from leadership, such as roles within team leadership, process consultancy or project management.
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
