Job Description

Food delivery was just a start, and now we are exploring and expanding our platform with other business verticals in retail and grocery. We’ve grown significantly in the last three years, expanding our operations from just four countries across the Nordics, to 23 countries across Europe and Asia today. And we’re just getting started.
Our Global Quality team is responsible for supporting the business by deploying and monitoring global compliance processes, ensuring the EU and local legal requirements are met and the risks are mitigated. This position will be leading our global Transportation Compliance process for Fleets and Courier Partners. You will be working directly with our 23 countries, local operations teams and other central functions in ensuring and monitoring compliance for our fleets.
In this role, you will get support from our awesome team, but with your experience you are expected to be an amazing independent lead with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.
What you’ll be doing
- You will be working independently with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the global Transportation Compliance process for Fleets and Courier Partners
- Support the country teams on onboarding and monitoring new fleets
- Ensure the fleet partners comply with the local regulatory requirements (Legal, Insurance, Finance, Social Responsibility) applicable for the countries in scope
- Review and validate compliance documentation for the countries in scope
- Responsible for coordinating Risk Assessments for new fleet partners, and mitigating the risks. 6. Point of contact and escalation between local and global teams
- Responsible for the global Fleets Monitoring Program. 8. Stakeholders management across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related to engineering or business along with several years of
- experience in Quality compliance and Transportation Risks.
- Good understanding of EU regulation (Transportation, Social Responsibility).
- Proven knowledge of Transportation risks mitigation and compliance practices.
- Relevant experience in Retail / Grocery / E-commerce.
- Experience as a Lead Auditor.
