This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about quality assurance, automation, and team work.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span><span>Strategic Operations: develop, and maintain tests for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing for wireless protocols, Mobile networks, Wlan, BT, NFC included</span></span></li> </ol> <p><span><span>Technology Development:   </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Select the best tools for investigating issues in the mentioned areas with special focus on mobile networks, especially modems</span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, quality assurance, and product management to implement robust test automation cases.</span></span></li> </ul> <ol start="2"> <li><span><span>Team Leadership:  guide more junior member in the test automation team, technical discussions and mentoring on automation best practices.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Project and Program Management : </span></span></li> </ol> <ul> <li><span><span>Participate to continuous improvement and innovation in test development, area test practices, processes, and tools to streamline testing workflows and increase test coverage.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure compliance with software quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in all test automation activities.</span></span></li> </ul> <ol start="4"> <li><span><span>Change Management: Readily report issues to various system including possible external parties</span></span></li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Experience and Education Qualification:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Requires a minimum of 10-15 years of overall experience in software quality assurance, with at least 7-10 years of experience specifically in test automation and 4-5 years in a similar position</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proven track record of successfully maintaining network connectivity for mobile devices.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong technical background in related, tools, and technologies, with expertise in modem configurations</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git, gerrit, etc).</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in an Agile development environment.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><a href="https://webfiles.edgegroup.ae/s3fs-public/2024-02/privacynoticekatim.pdf">Data Privacy (EU)</a>  </b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>As part of our hir
