Description
IV Care Pharmacy has been providing excellent patient care as a small provider in the St. Louis Metro area for over 25 years. We recently joined the AdaptHealth team, which has given us the resources of a large national company. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Infusion Pharmacy team as a Certified Sterile Compounding Technician II in a Monday through Friday day shift. The position will provide the opportunity to expand your knowledge base with extensive training in the principles of Infusion Therapy and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients. Daily tasks will include sterile compounding duties, clean room management, inventory management and order entry.
Requirements
Illinois pharmacy technician license required.
Certification preferree.
Sterile compounding experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to perform mathematic calculations.
