Are you passionate about driving organizational success and fostering employee development? ALTOUR is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as the Director of Organizational Excellence & Development.  Reporting directly to the VP of Organizational Effectiveness and Development, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our organizational performance and cultivate a thriving company culture. This role involves leading initiatives for leadership and employee growth, aligning company culture with strategic goals, and overseeing training programs.  This is an exciting opportunity to put your stamp on crucial initiatives that will foster growth at every level at ALTOUR!

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Improvement: Analyze organizational performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop interventions to enhance productivity.
  • Training and Development: Create and manage training programs, assess employee training needs, and align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments, stakeholders, and senior leadership to align initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
  • Metrics and Measurement: Assess, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of development and training initiatives against predefined metrics.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build, design, and deliver OD strategies, initiatives, processes, programs, and action plans such as Managerial Development, Key Talent, Performance Management, culture building, Feedback Process, Employee Engagement, and OKRs methodology implementation.
  • Identify needs and build programs accordingly, such as units’ leadership, team building, and change management.
  • Assist in the development of career growth programs, mentorship, and development opportunities for all levels of employees.
  • Deliver research, analysis, and best practices to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
  • Assess organizational training needs and design comprehensive learning and development programs to address skills gaps and enhance employee performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars in areas such as leadership, communication, team building, and employee engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with department heads and subject matter experts to create customized training solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Oversee the development of e-learning platforms and blended learning strategies to ensure accessible and effective training delivery.
  • Develop and manage internal communications strategies to ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication across the organization.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development or a related field.
  • 5-7 years experience working in OE&D or functional area.
  • Experience in architecting culture transformation to achieve business strategy
  • Track record in designing and executing successful OD programs.
  • Experience in working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
  • Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas: Organization development particularly around change management and developing or
