You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch commercial loan servicing software support. Your role will involve not only assisting clients to disentangle the commercial mortgage process but empowering them to make the most out of our services. Your contributions will directly influence their efficiency and success, so your impact will be significant! You’ll engage with clients through calls and emails in a fast-paced environment, lead training sessions, present product webinars, and collaborate on testing our software to ensure quality.

Requirements

What you bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in the commercial mortgage loan servicing industry.
• A solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing. Knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as an eagerness to learn.
• Technical proficiency in learning robust software systems.
• Natural problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel across the U.S., when needed.
