Project Manager, Global Refinish

We are currently looking for a Project Manager Global Refinish to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.

Key responsibilities:

• As a project manager in Global Refinish, you will lead global initiatives to enhance product-related services, focusing on customer experience, digitization (e.g., Nimbus), regulatory compliance (CLP, GHS), portfolio management (SKU lifecycle), and process optimization.
• Ensure alignment of product services projects with business goals, delivering measurable value to a global customer base.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, managing projects from exploration through implementation, while tracking and reporting key success metrics.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in product service delivery on a global scale.
• Leverage expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Stage Gate), with a strong focus on networking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Oversee key systems such as SAP S4, BW, PIM, GRS, SFDC, Kadanza, and Microsoft tools to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Manage project budgets and play a critical role in global refinish management.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, product, or project management, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and Axalta's tools (SAP, PIM) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, team-player mindset.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, analyze data, and report business metrics effectively.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, and willing to travel up to 5-10%.
