Located in LA, Seattle, DC, or NYC, this role reports to the Compass One CEO at Amazon. The EVP guides strategy for Compass One at Amazon globally.
The Global EVP partners directly with Compass One's CEO and account central leadership team to cultivate positive relationships within local operating teams, sectors, countries, and client leads. These relationships are essential for driving global growth and efficiencies, with the Global EVP excelling in business development, strategic thinking, and Sector growth leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships and Performance Reporting:
- Excellence: Steering and consolidating the monthly reporting for regional clients (financial and non-financial) in coordination with the country’s operations to drive decisions and performance. Provide monthly updates for the clients using Qualitative and Quantitative reporting.
- Innovation: Understanding the different consumer experiences with the services, including: any differences across regions, application of Technology, Data, analytics, and consumer preferences.
- Support regional managers and clients with the necessary standards and requirements for financial dashboards, quarterly business reviews, and benchmarking reports.
- People: Providing advice on consumer experience, employee training marketing, and opportunities through compelling analyses and reports of dynamic industry trends, standard methodologies, and economic forecasting.
- Sustainability: Supporting the sustainability strategy at the site level and in other ad hoc projects if required.
The Global EVP will assist Compass countries and sectors with growth and operational excellence to ensure ongoing contract success.
- Leading calls to provide advice and support on a range of issues concerning contract understanding to ensure organizational compliance.
- Ensuring that the mobilization plan is followed, and any amendments or bottlenecks are identified and advanced promptly.
- Contributing to effective collaboration with countries and regions involved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
