We are seeking a Front Office Representative to be the welcoming face of Sonar Spark. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the front desk, provide exceptional service to visitors and clients, and ensure smooth office operations. If you’re organized, personable, and ready to make an impact, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Coordinate with office management for supplies and other resources.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
• Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
