Schedule: Monday-Friday. Daily hours vary based upon clinic needs, between 7am - 4pm. This position is primarily located in the Woodrail office, but floats to all Central Region locations as needed. 
As a Nurse (LPN or RN) on our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Outpatient Float team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting behavioral health clinics across our service area. This dynamic position offers variety in your day-to-day work while ensuring continuity of care for those we serve. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote wellness, deliver high-quality clinical care, and strengthen access to services in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, medication administration, and patient education across assigned ACT and Outpatient clinics.
• Rotate between clinics to support staffing needs, ensuring continuity of care and operational stability.
• Assist with medication management, lab procedures, and patient assessments within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality, safety, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient-centered service delivery.
• Follow all infection control, CLIA, OSHA, and safety standards while maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Travel to other clinic locations as needed to provide nursing coverage and support.  Driving is an essential function of this position.
  
  

Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

 • High School/GED required
 • Associate’s degree in nursing required
 • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
 • Practical Nursing certificate required

Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements
• A valid MO driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
Licensure/Certification
• LPN, GPN, RN or GN that must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation required
