Job Overview:

Opportunity to join a new and growing practice at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.  The APP will work alongside our experienced Physician.  Future growth of additional providers.  Position will include in office responsibilities and assisting with procedures. 

Preferred Certifications/Education/Experience:

Experience in Pain Management or a procedural area

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed to practice in Indiana
