Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations: Kronberg im Taunus or Freiburg im Breisgau.

• You prepare the payroll independently in cooperation with our external service provider.
• You are the first point of contact for employees in all payroll-related issues, support with administrative HR tasks and prepare monthly and ad-hoc evaluations and reports.
• Furthermore, you will check all payroll tax and social security issues, maintain master and transaction data and look after the company pension scheme. 
• With your expertise, you will support audits by business, tax and social security auditors.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to support project-related activities on the topic of payroll and digitalization and to help shape and optimize HR processes.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or additional qualification in the area of human resources or payroll accountant (m/f/d) or similar.
• In recent years, you have been able to deepen your knowledge of payroll accounting as well as social security and payroll tax law.
• Analytical skills and a diligent way of working distinguish you.
• Furthermore you bring a sense of humor as well as a hands-on mentality.
• Your language skills are fluent in German and good in written and spoken English.
