Stay informed about evolving requirements</li> <li>Lead the development and coordinate reporting efforts on climate-related topics such as strategy, governance, policies, targets and actions for the Climate Transition Plan and E1 chapter of the Sustainability Statement of the Annual Report</li> <li>Oversee and mange the audit of the Sustainability Statement chapter on Climate Change including increasing audit requirements</li> <li>Manage the delivery of Unipers Climate Transition Plan considering that up-to-date stakeholder expectations and industry practice is properly reflected</li> <li>Facilitate coordination and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.</li> <li>Cooperation with and interface to the corporate strategy with regards to climate strategy and governance considerations</li> </ul> </p> <p><span id="cke_bm_402S"> </span> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your profile</span></span></span></b></p> <p><br/> <ul> <li>University degree in either Sustainability or Environmental Sciences, Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field and knowledge of CSRD regulation as well as other sustainability and climate related regulations</li> <li>Proven track record and at least 3 years working experience in project management in a corporate environment or/and in operational excellence tools and methods; certification a plus</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills as well as attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling and reporting</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about processes</li> <li>Fluent in English, any other language a plus</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your benefits</span></span></span></b></p>   <span><span><span><span>At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
