Position Summary:

Develop and sustain a high-performing sales culture by leading, training, and motivating a team of Walmart/Sams sales leaders, agency, and network partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tactical account business plans (AOP) to achieve net sales revenue targets.

  • Monitor and evaluate direct reports’ performance on key KPIs, including customer activity, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and sales targets within assigned customer/department.

  • Facilitate account joint business plans (JBPs) to align with national business objectives.

  • Conduct annual Innovation Summit to drive processes at Walmart and Sam’s Club.

  • Understand Carl Buddig’s product value proposition, market landscape, competitive actions, and user needs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Walmart and Sam’s Club leadership.

  • Utilize selling function capabilities daily, including systems, category, commerce marketing, shopper insights, and sales systems.

  • Manage financial investments related to personnel, brokers, and customer funding (pricing, promotions, merchandising, and media).

  • Provide market intelligence and competitive response options to senior management.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to create and implement customer-specific communications, promotions, product development, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
