OAK MANOR OF COMMERCE, a busy skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist, PTA, Occupational Therapist, OTA or SLP to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team as Director of Rehabilitation. We seek a clinician who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Requirements

License in the state of Texas and at least one year of therapy leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting
