Job Description

This newly created Global Integration Lead role offers a rare opportunity to shape Cadillac’s presence on the world stage through the Formula 1 platform. This is a ground‑up build, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings an entrepreneurial mindset, and is passionate about creating meaningful, high‑impact brand moments.

As a key member of the team, you will lead global integration strategy, elevate brand storytelling, and ensure Cadillac shows up with consistency, excellence, and distinction across all F1 touchpoints. This is your chance to influence how Cadillac shows up creatively, experientially, and culturally in one of the most dynamic sports ecosystems in the world—helping define the next chapter of Cadillac’s legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Integration & Planning

  • Lead all global integration efforts, developing and managing the comprehensive plan, calendar, and cross‑market execution strategy.
  • Partner with regional and in‑market teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and flawless delivery of program elements.

Enterprise & Business Unit Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary integration lead across GM business units—including GM Evolve, GM Energy, GM Defense, and Finance—to identify and maximize opportunities within the F1 platform.
  • Translate enterprise objectives into actionable integration strategies that leverage the full breadth of GM capabilities.

Marketing, Partnerships & Asset Utilization

  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, U.S. Marketing, and enterprise partners to activate key contractual assets in service of business growth.
  • Develop strategies to amplify engagement through new product displays, experiential activations, and the integration of racing assets into mainstream marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate asset needs by market, ensuring proper delivery and usage rights across OOH, social, digital, broadcast, and live experiences.

Brand Standards & Creative Expression

  • Oversee branding compliance across all F1 environments, including venues, support vehicles, race team equipment, track signage, and hospitality experiences.
  • Develop annual brand and style guides to protect consistency while ensuring creative expression aligns with Cadillac’s modern luxury identity.
  • Influence how Cadillac is represented creatively through vehicle displays, immersive activations, content integrations, and event environments.

Driver & Talent Integration

  • Lead strategy and planning for driver participation across media, production shoots, events, and partner activations.

Governance, Reporting & Approvals

  • Consolidate cross‑functional inputs and develop clear recommendations for proposal reviews and required approvals.
  • Provide regular readouts to senior leaders, translating complex plans into simple, compelling narratives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, experiential activation, event management, or a related field
  • Experience working with or for a luxury brand (automotive or other premium category)
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and executing luxury‑grade events or global activations
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally; weekend work as needed (~25% travel)
  • Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
