Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Sales Manager – Parts. The Sales Manager – Parts plans and directs the sales and marketing activities of the Parts Department. Plans, organizes, leads and controls the efforts of outside parts sales personnel in the accomplishment of department and branch goals.
- Directs and coordinates all activities of the Parts Department in accomplishing objectives and defined parts and labor sales goals.
- Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales and profit targets based on current market conditions.
- Assigns accounts and territories in order to meet market share objectives.
- Evaluates Parts Department performance against established targets and standards and takes appropriate action. Appraises performance of outside salesmen against established standards and targets.
- Hires, trains and develops Parts Department sales personnel to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Travels with outside salesmen to stay in touch the customers and to monitor current market conditions and activities of the competition. Provides feedback to the Parts Manager and Branch Manager.
- Promotes all MHC product and service offerings including RoadForce, Service, Body Shop, Truck Sales, Leasing, Carrier and Finance.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications- Minimum of two years sales experience preferably in the truck business.
