What You Will Get To Do:

Develop and maintain Korn shell automation scripts for MQ deployment

Colloborate with application team to define messaging requirement and implement them in MQ.

Resolve complex issues in the MQ environment.

Strong understanding of IBM MQ software, including installation & initial configuration, queue manager, queu,e and channel administration as well as security administration

Strong understanding and knowledge of messaging concepts(JMS, topics/queues, pub/sub) and how and when to use them and implement them. 

IBM MQ and Red Hat Linux certification

Experience with SSL certificates and secure messaging protocols

Stay updated on the latest IBM MQ versions and support.
Job Description
6+ years experience of Red Hat Linux/Sun Solaris experience

Red Hat Linux/Sun Solaris user/group management, file system and storage management including LVM and NFS, file/directory permission management.

software packages management, Red Hat Linux services management including ssh, sftpd, sendmail and cron.

Upgrade/migration of Redhat/Solaris experience

Responsibility for Linux/Sun Solaris networking administration.

8+ years of experience administering IBM MQ

Perform IBM MQ installation, configuration, and management across Redhat Linux and Sun Solaris platform
