Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

TAQA, a leading company in the Energy industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our team. As the CHRO, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our human resources strategies to support the achievement of TAQA's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Drive Talent Management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition
• Lead the design and implementation of effective performance management systems
• Develop and deliver innovative training and development programs that address the needs of the organization
• Oversee employee relations, including managing employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Partner with executives and managers to create and maintain a positive employee experience
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
