The Opportunity:   

As an Enterprise Cybersecurity Project Manager at Booz Allen, you will grow technical expertise and leadership skills, while supporting our Enterprise Cybersecurity team with your business operations and project management skillsets. Activities include task tracking, producing presentation materials, facilitating meetings, documenting processes, and drafting deliverables. Additionally, you will serve as the Security Findings Manager managing the ServiceNow module as well as the overall process and lifecycle from creation through scoping to remediation or risk acceptance.

You Have:  

• 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment

• Experience with project coordination and management, business operations, or business analysis 

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner and SharePoint 

• Ability to develop and document business processes 

• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to multiple levels of stakeholders 

• Ability to support employee onboarding and offboarding 

• Ability to facilitate the management of a team task board 

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail 

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with ServiceNow 

• Experience with Smartsheet 

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform  

• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles 

• Knowledge of AI 

• Ability to automate standard business processes with “out of the box” tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate or Smartsheet 

• Ability to capture requirements for enhancements, create reports, and develop dashboards in ServiceNow and Smartsheet 

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 

• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
