Summary

In this newly created role, as Director, Enterprise Transformation, you will provide leadership and guidance to deliver transformative initiatives across the finance organization and the broader enterprise, working in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will use your expertise in recommending, influencing, and facilitating organizational, business, and process change.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and navigate complex change scenarios by inspiring and motivating teams through transitions, fostering a culture of adaptability, and managing resistance effectively.
  • Manage process alignment projects across various finance activities to promote standardized global approach. Communicate with central and regional finance counterparts to understand best practices, gather feedback, and align key stakeholders on process alignment initiatives and actions.
  • Partner across Finance functional areas and IT to ensure that Finance adopts and realizes the value of SAP. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  • Create adequate levels of governance (planning, reporting, tracking, and risk management) for effective decision making and value realization. 
  • Collaborate with Head of Corporate Strategy to translate high-level corporate strategy into detailed actionable programs. 
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the progress of strategic initiatives, highlighting financial implications and milestones.
  • Represent the CFO and the finance function in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring financial perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10+ years’ experience driving and delivering strategy and transformation leadership in corporate change management, operations, or financial services. 
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and prepare clear, concise reports. Influential leadership style, capable of motivating and guiding teams through change, ensuring sustained commitment and overcoming resistance. 
  • Proficiency with understanding the impact of technology on business processes and people. 
  • Skill in fostering strong, collaborative relationships throughout all levels of an organization. 
  • Ability to influence without direct responsibility/control and to bring groups to consensus. 
  • Prior experience working in or closely with a Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing and coordinating projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
