Part Time LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse for In Home RAI Visits

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] looking to join an organization that shares your values and commitment to excellence?

Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

This role focuses on completing Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) visits, which involve assessing patients’ health status, documenting clinical findings, and developing individualized care plans. Your expertise will help ensure that each patient receives the appropriate level of care and support to achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.

We are currently recruiting for an RN or LPN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

• Laclede + surrounding counties 
• Flexible scheduling -
  • Part Time Visits [20-30 Monthly RAI Visits]
  • No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call
  • Mileage paid
  • Pay Per Visit [PPV]

Qualifications for Registered Nurse [RN] or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1yr of prior paid LPN or RN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
