Front Desk Associate - Part-time

This is a Part-Time, non-exempt position, Making up to $16 per hour.

Fast, Fun, Friendly, and Professional atmosphere. Schedule flexibility is important as the days of the week and hours may vary; generally, no weekends are required. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative, hospitality or host experience preferred.

Previous experience in Hospitality, Hosting, Hotel or Wait Staff, Market Research, or related field is preferred. Interested applicants must be computer literate, responsible and flexible, well-spoken, and have experience with customer service in person and on the telephone.

We are looking for candidates who have an abundance of energy, and poise exhibit professionalism at all times, and will provide a warm and accommodating atmosphere to clients and participants.

As a CSR, you will work in a fast-paced, environment to deliver the best experience to clients. This position requires checking in focus group participants, greeting clients, and performing other administrative, reception, and hospitality duties.

Responsibilities Include:

• Attend to clients on-site and deliver a high-quality hospitality experience.

• Greeting participants and clients and maintaining a friendly, but professional rapport with both.

• Review project materials for accuracy and complete information.

• Audio and video recording

• This role requires in-person work at a Sago facility. The health and safety of our team continue to be our number one priority as we have faced the challenges of COVID-19. With another variant on the rise, we've decided that all employees working in person must be fully vaccinated. For those unable to be vaccinated for personal or medical reasons, proof of a negative test will be required within three days of each shift worked.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Microsoft Office/Computer Literate

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time

• Works well within a team atmosphere, as well as independently
