About the role

Job Responsibilities:
• Promote and execute security best practices across site.
• Develop projects while continuously improving physical security, processes, standards, training and policies for future growth.
• Audit physical security infrastructure (i.e. intrusion detection, access control, camera) and ensuring functionality of all systems.
• Analyse data, conduct audits and identify trends to create actionable plans that mitigate risk.
• Maintain confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the work place.
• Effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes and initiatives.
• Train and develop all employees in LP culture.
• Accurately communicate on all fronts effectively with contractors, vendors and employees.
• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and conduct system diagnostic for problematic devices by engaging and resolving issues with internal and external partners.

Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in loss prevention or security industry focused on logistics/e-commerce physical security of a facility. 
• Strong analytical and negotiations skills. 
• Well organized individual who is able to work under stress and time pressure.
• Have a driving licence.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently off-site or no supervision.
• Be able to demonstrate ability to engage with others at all levels.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Polish.
• Experience with warehouse or distribution centre services.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
