Director of Transformation

Who We Are: 

Vori Health is an award-winning, nationwide, virtual-first, musculoskeletal medical practice focused on evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Using a unique care model to help patients find the best path forward, Vori Health connects patients to a trained care team that includes a nonoperative physical medicine physician, a health coach navigator, and a physical therapist who manage the initial patient assessment and then work to coordinate all aspects of care. The Director of Transformation will serve as a strategic leader and execution partner across the organization, helping to drive key cross-functional initiatives that align with business priorities. This role reports directly to a senior executive and work with leaders from clinical operations, product, technology, and people teams to accelerate progress on strategic priorities, driving business change, reducing friction, and ensure alignment and achievement of business goals as we grow and evolve. 

 

 

What You’ll Do: 

• Essential Functions: 

• Partner with leadership to define, manage, and execute strategic transformation initiatives, often involving multiple teams or business units. 

• Act as a thought partner and leader on cross-functional projects (e.g., care delivery model innovation, new market launches, internal process optimization). 

• Build and manage project plans, workstreams, and governance structures to ensure accountability and progress against key milestones. 

• Drive organizational agility-facilitate cross-functional collaboration by aligning stakeholders, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring clear communication. 

• Create tools, frameworks, and documentation to operationalize and scale transformation efforts. 

• Identify opportunities to improve how we prioritize, communicate, and measure strategic initiatives. 

• Present progress updates and insights to executive leadership and other stakeholders. 

• Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or program management, ideally with exposure to healthcare or health tech.
