Clinical Director of Residential Services & Outreach

Shift:

Weekdays 8:00 am 4:00 pm with 24/7 on-call reporting requirements.

There may be occasional changes in schedule to accommodate time-off requests, and coverage for special events or program specific deadlines.

Job Overview:                                 

The primary focus of this position is to provide the clinical and operational management for the Medical Detoxification and Substance Use Treatment Departments. They will also focus on expanding fee-for-service addiction treatment services to meet the needs of the clients served.

Essential Functions:        

1. Work closely with the Medical Director, CRNP Medical Manager, Director of Nursing and the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure all services provided comply with best practices, applicable federal/state/local rules/laws/regulations regarding substance use treatment, and program policies.
2. Coordinate closely with the Director of Nursing, Medical Manager and Residential Coordinator, to ensure 24/7 staff coverage and coordination of client care.
3. Work with the Director of Clinical Operations to find ways to better integrate BCRI’s residential programs to work more effectively and cost efficiently.
