The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.

As a Consult Partner, Workforce Transformation & Skills, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and lead workforce transformation projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support Kyndryl client partners with materials and expertise for go to market (GTM) efforts
• Demonstrate thought leadership related to learning and skills, the talent lifecycle, and the tools, processes, and technologies that support talent from on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Conduct skills assessments and develop curricula, curated learning paths, design custom learning and QA learning assets development
• Track and analyze talent and learning metrics to measure the success of client initiatives
• Collaborate with client project teams to ensure smooth implementation of workforce transformation projects
• Collaborate with Kyndryl’s consulting practice areas and services to ensure the WT&S offering is aligned with our solution pillars
• Support the design, development, and implementation of Workforce Transformation and Skills (WT&S) offering by leveraging and improving existing materials and sharing client best practices back to the global offering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e g , Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design)
• 10+ years experience in talent, learning, skills, or a related field
• Consulting/professional services experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Seeks and incorporates feedback regularly
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Deep knowledge of the talent lifecycle, workforce planning, and learning

Optional / Preferred Qualifications:

• Online learning authoring tools such as Captivate or Articulate or other learning platform
• Video editing capabilities using tools such as Descript or Adobe Premier Pro
• Proposal Development
• Some fluency with impacts of AI and other technologies on the workforce
